The Derendinger Baumhaussiedlung was an open "project" of different kind of people:

- The 1st tree house was constructed around 2011 / 2012
- The 2nd tree house was constructed around 2016 / 2018
- The "chill hut" was constructed around 2016
- The "chill platform" was constructed around 2017
- The total eviction took place at the 3rd of December 2018
